Dr Penny Wong completed her medical training at the University of Melbourne in 1998 and she completed her Fellowship training in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine in Sydney and Melbourne in 2007.
She has been practicing as a Respiratory & Sleep Physician for 10 years. Dr Wong had her fellowship training in Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Western Hospital during her post graduate training.
Dr Wong has experience in Difficult-to-treat Asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Chronic Bronchitis and Bronchiectasis.
Dr Wong has also expertise in Flexible Bronchoscopy procedures in assessing Lung mass and Lung Cancer and she has expertise in Pleural Procedures for Benign and Malignant Pleural Effusion.
