Dr Pradeepa Dasanayake

Dr. Pradeepa Dasanayake is a consultant psychiatrist with experience across a broad range of mental health disciplines. She has a private practice at The Melbourne Clinic and is available to treat your patients.

Dr. Dasanayake has been in the field of psychiatry for over 20 years. She started her training in Sri Lanka, gaining her MD in psychiatry and later completed the Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANCZP) in 2003.

She has a broad range of psychiatric experience, having worked both in the inpatient and outpatient settings as a consultant psychiatrist with the North West Area Mental Health Service in Melbourne. She has research interest and experience in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and partner violence in women with mental health issues.
