Dr Rainer Heigl

Dr Rainer Heigl graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Human Biology, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1995.  After his medical registration in Australia in 1996, he spent five years in the public hospital system. 

He has worked overseas in NZ and the UK. Since 2002, Rainer has been working exclusively in skin cancer surgery. He holds a Masters Degree in Skin Cancer Medicine (University of Queensland), Diploma of Skin Cancer Medicine (Skin Cancer College Australasia). 

Dr Rainer Heigl is a member of the AMA and Skin Cancer College of Australasia and plays an active role in teaching other doctors.
