Dr Robert Tang

Dr Tang is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who is passionate about providing the best possible individually tailored treatment to his patients. He treats aneurysmal and occlusive vascular disease, extracranial carotid disease, diabetic foot disease and venous pathologies. He has also learnt advanced open and endovascular techniques in renal access surgery during his training in Westmead Hospital.

He was trained in Adelaide, Sydney and Perth. He obtained his Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney in 2013. He was awarded a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2017.

He is a Clinical Senior Lecturer with the University of Sydney and is the convenor of the Master of Surgery (Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Unit) within the university.

He is also the Supervisor of Training for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
