Dr Samuel Wright

Dr Samuel Wright is one of a very small number of cardiologists in Melbourne with dual training in Nuclear Medicine.

Dr Wright is passionate about the holistic care of patients with cardiac issues and practice as both a clinical cardiologist and consultant physician in public and private settings in Melbourne.

Dr Wright focusses on the risk stratification of patients with chest pain, atrial fibrillation, heart failure and peri-operative management of patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery.

Dr Wright currently holds public appointments at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Cardiology) and The Northern Hospital (General Medicine). Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and remains heavily involved in a number of team sports.
