Dr Soleiman Kashkooli

Dr Soleiman Kashkooli is an experienced Gastroenterologist, Endoscopist and Hepatologist.

Dr Soleiman Kashkooli trained in Internal Medicine at Eastern Health in Melbourne, and completed his Gastroenterology and Hepatology training at Concord Hospital in Sydney. He undertook a fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) in Toronto, Canada where he was also involved in the management of colorectal anastomotic strictures using Endoscopic Balloon Dilation. Dr Kashkooli manages all aspects of Gastroenterology & Hepatology including Liver disease, GORD, Coeliac disease and Functional Gastrointestinal disorders. His specific interests in Gastroenterology are Inflammatory Bowel disease, Colon cancer screening, diagnostic and therapeutic Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. He is passionate about public education and supervised a number of younger doctors in their training. He would be pleased to discuss the clinical cases with referring medical practitioners. He is happy to see patients across the broad spectrum of Gastroenterological disorders and is able to see urgent referrals, either for consultation or directly for Gastroscopy/ Colonoscopy.

Dr Kashkooli can speak Farsi (Persian) and Turkish.
