Dr Stuart Myers

Dr Stuart Myers focusses purely on surgery of the hand and wrist. He has a particular interest in endoscopic carpal tunnel release and complex Distal Radial (Colles) fractures.

Dr Myers graduated with honours from the University of New South Wales in 1983. He gained his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 1990. He was appointed to the Prince of Wales Hospital as a VMO Orthopaedic surgeon in 1991.

Dr Myers is actively involved in teaching. He also visits Lautoka Hospital, Fiji twice a year as part of Orthopaedic Outreach. This is a voluntary organisation. As well as running clinics and operating, he assists in the teaching of Fijian surgeons and physiotherapists.
