Dr Robinson graduated from the Leicester-Warwick Medical School (UK) in 2006. He completed junior medical rotations in the East Midlands before relocating to Australia in 2010.
Dr Robinson completed specialist training to become a psychiatrist in Southeast Queensland. The latter part of Dr Robinson’s fellowship
training was completed in Psychiatry of Old Age advanced training posts.
In 2017 Dr Robinson became a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Since obtaining Fellowship Dr Robinson has been employed as a full-time psychiatrist with Queensland Health. Dr Robinson is also an honorary Senior Lecturer (University of Queensland) and assists in the training and assessment of medical students.
During his time as a psychiatrist Dr Robinson has practiced in both the Adult Mental Health and Older Persons Mental Health services.
Dr Robinson joined Pine Rivers in 2021 and accepts referrals for Older Age Patients dealing with Mental Health issues.
