Dr Sujana Molakatalla

Dr Sujana Molakatalla completed her Specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in 2018. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) and works as a Staff Specialist at Nepean Public Hospital. This role involves running gynaecology and antenatal clinics, attending operating theatres, and teaching and supervising junior doctors. She has worked in Flinders Fertility, Adelaide, as a Senior Registrar at Westmead Hospital during her advanced training years. She has gained extensive experience in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery during her training and practices evidence-based gynaecology. She is enrolled in a Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound to undertake further training in ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

She is an approachable and empathic gynaecologist who strives to empower her patients with evidence-based knowledge to help them achieve the best clinical outcome. Dr Molakatalla is interested in gynaecological issues related to subfertility, abnormal pap smears, contraception, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, prolapse, menopausal problems and ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has admitting rights at Nepean Public Hospital and Nepean Private Hospital.
