Dr Tom Worland is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist who has a particular interest in the care of patients with chronic liver disease, in particular in the monitoring and preventative management of cirrhotic complications.
After completing his gastroenterology training through Monash and Western health, Tom underwent further advanced training in liver transplantation at the Austin Hospital. Tom attends to ward service and clinics as well as performing gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and transient elastography. In addition to clinical responsibilities Tom maintains an active research output and has published widely.
