A/Prof Vijay Solanki

Vijay trained at the University of Sydney completing his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with honours followed by a Masters of Medicine by research (MMed) at Concord Hospital, Sydney. He completed advanced physicians training in cardiology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney and an Echocardiography Fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Vijay is a Consultant Cardiologist and Director of Cardiac Services at Northern Beaches Hospital overseeing the Departments of Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery. He has expertise in general cardiology, cardiacimaging, teaching and hospital development
