Mr Vinna An is a Colorectal Surgeon who sees patients with Abdominal symptoms, Diverticulitis, Incontinence, Per rectal bleeding, Haemorrhoids, Perianal conditions, Hernia, Inflammatory bowel disease and Crohn's Disease.
Mr An is fluent in Chinese and Khmer.
Vinna studied Medicine at the University of Melbourne and the Austin Hospital Clinical School and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2012.
He has completed post-fellowship training with and is a member of the Colorectal Society of Australia and New Zealand. During his time he has completed training in Advanced Laparoscopic Techniques in Colorectal Surgery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Eastern Health and undertaken a Travelling Fellowship in Leeds, Oxford and St Mark’s Hospital in London as part of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland Scholarship. He has completed additional training in state of art Trans-Anal Rectal Surgery workshops at Cambridge University and Barcelona.
