Dr Wen-Loong Yeow

Dr Wen-Loong Yeow is part of the expert cardiology team at Healthscope.

Dr Yeow has been a leading practitioner in our cardiology team since 2014.

Dr Yeow graduated from the University of Western Australia, and completed his cardiology training and two-year coronary interventional fellowship at Royal Perth Hospital in 2011.

He then completed a two-year fellowship in adult structural and valvular interventions, with clinical and basic science research at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA in Los Angeles.

Dr Yeow has a particular clinical interest in transcatheter interventions for structural and valvular heart disease and transcatheter stroke prevention (PFO/ASD closures; LAAO).

In addition to interventional cardiology, Dr Yeow provides general cardiology support. Dr Yeow has also been published in peer reviewed journals.

Dr Yeow is available to see patients at Mount Hospital.
