Dr Yasmin Pilgrim

Dr Pilgrim is a highly credentialed obstetrician and gynaecologist offering personalised and comprehensive care to all women. As a mother of two, she is passionate about helping women through their pregnancy journey with a fresh and contemporary perspective on best practice in pregnancy care. As a U by Kotex health ambassador, she also strives to provide women with individualised education about their menstrual cycle. 

Dr Pilgrim provides a full range of gynaecological and obstetric services with a particular interest in normal, high-risk and complex pregnancies, treatment for cervical and vulval abnormalities and management for abnormal uterine bleeding in all ages including adolescents. As an accredited colposcopist with the C-QuiP program, Dr Pilgrim can manage any Pap smear abnormality.

Growing up on the Gold Coast, she completed her medical training at Bond University and further advanced training in Queensland, gaining expertise from rural and tertiary hospitals. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare for women.

She maintains her passion for teaching as an educator in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for university students. Whilst maintaining a teaching role for medical students and junior doctors. She also provides webinars and education for nurses, midwives and GPs regularly at workshops and conferences.
