Dr. Ralph Krippner is a Specialist Anaesthetist working in Brisbane since 1990. After completing High School in North Rockhampton, he studied Medicine at the University of Queensland, graduating in 1981.
He obtained his specialist qualifications in 1988, and after returning from a period of work in Cambridge UK he entered private and public practice in 1990.
He has maintained an interest in Anaesthetic standards and Patient safety, by continued involvement in Anaethesia Committee work at Brisbane Private Hospital, formerly Holy Spirit Hospital since 1990.
Current clinical interests are mainly focused on major orthopaedic surgery and improving post-operative pain management.
Skiing is a passion from his childhood growing up in Europe, but more suitable in the Queensland climate is active participation in masters rowing, enjoying both national and international competition.
